My first session with Teresa was very helpful. I was having some lower back pain that was keeping me awake at night. This session helped pinpoint the reason for the pain. She did some adjustments that helped immediately. I have a followup session planned.

As I've said before, Theresa is a true professional and a great practitioner of her craft. Recent severe back disorders were identified, treated, and a rehab programme put into place.

Excellent consultation and treatment with Jason. The Sports Massage brought release and balance back to the tense musculoskeletal system. A significant difference between before and after treatment and a reminder of the importance of taking care of oneself!
