I've been coming here for infrared sauna and red light therapy for over a year, and it has become a vital part of managing a chronic illness. Ellie is amazing—kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always welcoming. As an anxious person, she made me feel completely at ease from day one, and it truly feels like a home from home. The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

Lovely massage, we only visit Bournemouth once a year but I will definitely book in again.

I had a head, shoulder and neck massage with added on reflexology. I found it all very relaxing and recommend Nicola.

From the moment I arrived, I felt truly looked after. The treatment was deeply relaxing yet powerful — far beyond any massage I’ve ever had. The bed was so warm and comfortable - a grounding sheet and a crystal maze really did its magic on me. The addition of Reiki and reflexology elevated the whole experience. I left feeling lighter, more balanced and reconnected to my body. Even my bloating reduced and my sleep improved. The gift to take home was so thoughtful so I could continue looking after myself until my next appointment. Truly special ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was treated like a VIP, had the infrared sauna and RLT with the ORA sound, on my own in a clean, spacious and therapeutic cubicle with the right settings suited to my bodily needs. The whole place is well thought of in accordance with anything natural and holistic healing. I left feeling at peace and joyful. Will come back and I highly recommend.
