We had a wonderful experience today! My daughter had a relaxation massage, and the care and thought that went into accommodating my unique request meant so much. They really went above and beyond to create a personalised experience that suited our needs. Even though they were actually closed today for a special occasion, they kindly fitted us in at the last minute, which we really appreciated. Fadz was absolutely wonderful, professional and caring. Fadz welcomed me with ‘habari yako’ and that small gesture made me feel at home. The whole experience was honestly amazing. I was a bit unsure about the sleeping part, but I was completely wrong it was perfect. Fadz delivered beyond my expectations. Giving her a solid 10/10 and definitely be going back.
