Very good , for someone who as not done any physical exercise in the past 5 years due to a stroke . He really puts you at ease and does not judge you in anyway . First session today I feel amazing and so proud of myself . Wish we had found rich many years ago , if we had I would have never got to this stage when I can barely walk . From today onwards and upwards .

Quite different this week. Routine flowing better, as we become more comfortable with it, and Rich always brings fresh exercises which keeps us on our toes, actually!!! I think we are starting to be stronger too, but it is more tiring!!! Love it !!!

Stepping up every week ! Do feel core strength and balance is a lot better than even three weeks ago. Even the old legs are feeling a lot stronger ! Love the sessions, really look forward to feeling I've been hard at it, and only 30 minutes has passed. Hurrar, thanks Rich !!!
