It was my first time at this Salon after my regular nail tech went MIA. Madison was very friendly, put me at ease the minute I walked through the door, offered me a drink & was warm & welcoming. She explained everything that she would be doing & why, very knowledgeable & well trained & her attention to detail is brilliant also. We chatted, we laughed, all in all I felt very comfortable & well looked after. When her boss, Cassidy came in she also was very warm & friendly too. I will definitely be back & possibly for other treatments too. Thankyou ladies

Sarah is very attentive and her calm nature makes you feel very relaxed from the moment you step into the beautiful cabin. The hot stone massage was amazing it was my first time and I felt aches melt away. You can tell Sarah is very passionate about her skill as it wasn’t rushed at all and so calming. I tried reflexology for the first time & I’ll be the first to admit I was dreading it but I loved it!!! What Sarah could tell me at the end is extraordinary and extremely helpful. I’m looking forward to booking with Sarah again.

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Just moved to Poole and needed lash lift. Sarah did a great job and I will be going back

I had s wonderful day yesterday. In the indoor and outdoor poole sauna and steam room and then jumping in the waves. All staff were brilliant. Two people stood out especially. Neil Pslmer who went the extta mile for us. In the pool area and Sansah who gave me a wonderful Calm Seas Body Bslance Ritual. I felt so good afterwards I gave her s hug. My husband John snd i used to be life members and it was lovely to be bsck yesterday. It was a shame that we were unable to use our membetship for 18 months from March 20 to Sept 21 because of Covid.

Today I had a wonderfully relaxing full body hot stone massage followed by a luxury dermaplane facial. My skin is glowing and feels wonderful. Thank you so much Gemma. I will most certainly be back. xxx

I enjoyed a fabulous 2 hour hot stone massage and facial with Sarah in her lovely new clinic. The whole experience felt luxurious with beautiful scented candles, heated blankets and gorgeous products. Sarah is simply the best at what she does and I would never want to go anywhere else.
