I have been going to Carla for lymphatic drainage every week for over 6 weeks now and I am so happy with her services. I also had swallen feet recently after returning from a hot country and her massage techniques greatly improved the swelling and by next day my feet were almost back to normal. She always made me feel welcome, she is professional, kind, knowlegeable and her saloon is very clean. I would totally recommend her.

I have had many massges over the years but this is by far the best. I had a lymphatic massage and Carla talked me through the benefits, explaining the process and what happens with the body. Carla also has a heated massge table so from the minute you lay down you're comfy, warm and at ease. I've recommended Carla to friends and family and I'll be back again very soon! I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Carla. She took the time to explain the process and showed me the difference the massage had made to my legs. During each section, Carla gave me tips on how to help the lymphatic drain myself and showed me how to do some of the massaging on my own body. The whole experience was lovely - the therapy room was lovely and warm and the heated bed was bliss. I will definitely be returning.

Excellent and highly recommend. Joel was polite and professional and put me at ease. He explained how the session would work and what to expect. The sports massage was thorough and helped to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and back. I enquired about follow up sessions and was not made to feel anything was compulsory. Rather I was offered a selection of options that would suit me should I wish to try.

Excellent first sports massage session with Joel. Took care to assess, explained everything clearly, great back, leg and calf massage to get to grips with the knots. Finished off demonstrating some stretches I can do each day before the next session. Highly recommended!
