The therapist was very professional, asked about my pain points before starting, and worked on all the right spots. I walked out feeling completely refreshed — lighter, relaxed, and tension-free. I love that they don’t rush the session, the aromatherapy oil smells amazing, and the room is clean and private. I booked the Back Rub Restore (30 minutes) at Opulence Thai Spa as I was in a rush and needed quick relief from back pain. It exceeded my expectations — the therapist managed to release the tension in just 30 minutes, and my back pain disappeared almost immediately and stayed away for days. The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff were very professional. Perfect if you need fast but effective relief in central London. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a deep tissue massage today, and honestly, it might be the best Thai massage I’ve ever had in London. My therapist was incredibly experienced, she knew exactly where to focus and how to release deep tension without ever making it feel rushed or routine. The staff were all so kind and attentive, genuinely caring and making sure I felt completely looked after. The space itself has such a warm, positive energy and is spotless too. This place is a blessing to Bermondsey, you will not find a better place in south east and east London. The therapist who walked on my back and yoga stretched was incredibly good, she definitely knows her trade knew exactly the pressure points and has the experience to show for it.

Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.
