I had a wonderful experience at Silver Spa Cheltenham with Ms Kay. I booked the treatment to relax after a stressful few weeks, but she quickly identified areas of tension I wasn't even aware of and adapted the treatment accordingly. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing and understood what my body needed. The treatment was professional, thorough and genuinely effective. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and much better than when I arrived. Thank you, Ms Kay. I will definitely be back.

This was honestly the best massage I've had in a long time and definitely the best in Cheltenham. A hidden gem I hadn't heard about. I was sent this voucher as a birthday gift and it was absolutely amazing. A calm waiting area, lovely and welcoming staff, decently priced, easy to get to and the staff really know what theyre doing. I get massages often and this was a really high quality, relaxing and invigorating session. Kay was my masseuse and she made the effort to work on areas that were sore and get the knots out of my shoulders and feet. Wow. I'll be returning and recommend this place!

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

Had a really lovely experience this afternoon at Sanctuary & Sage. Amy was absolutely fantastic—warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment itself was beautiful and so relaxing, exactly what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I left feeling refreshed and well looked after. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

I booked a massage for my husband for his birthday and Nairn didnt dissappoint as always! He couldnt stop talking about her, hed never had a massage before and he wants to come back again and again! The receptionist was also lovely they got my husband a cake with a candle and wrote happy birthday on his cup. They both truely made my husbands day special i cant thank you guys enough youre the best! 🥰💕

Wonderful reflexology at Cheltenham Neals yard . The therapists are always so nice. Lovely friendly staff helped me choosing a gift for a friend . All the products smell great.

Absolutely loved the hot stone massage. I felt so relaxed and peaceful during the session and even fell asleep for a few seconds. So Restorative and calming. I could stay there for hours 😊 Sarah is amazing and always listens to any concerns I might have about my body and any right areas I might have . Definitely be back in the New year for another one. I slept so well at night after my massage. A really lovely experience. I recommend it.

Opted for the hot stones massage. Alwyn went through everything before the massage began and then as a reminder before each stage. Completely put me at ease and relaxed. Also had a debrief as well. As a gift from my best friend I had a Wonderful hot stone massage by Sara. She was friendly, kind and very professional. The oils she used smelt beautiful and exotic, and best of all Sara was able to relax my very tight shoulder muscles. I highly recommend the hot stone massage. It was fantastic!
