Sophie was amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and knew exactly what my body needed. She found all of my tight spots and trigger points and really helped relieve the tension. As a runner and someone training for HYROX, my body gets very tight, and I left feeling so much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sophie!

I had a really lovely time here. It was very quiet and relaxing. The space is warm and they have a special pillow for the belly bump which was very nice. Would recommend !

Beautiful massage and reiki treatment! The massage was so relaxing and we had a lovely chat. Ngaire knows exactly where the tension is, and gives great advice! And the reiki is really magic. She shifted some really dark, deep feelings and I came out feeling so different! She somehow knew exactly what was going on. I loved it and will definitely be back!

Minty was absolutely amazing. She used exactly the right amount of pressure and seemed to know instinctively where I was holding tension. Her technique was confident, thorough and incredibly relaxing. I left feeling lighter, looser and completely refreshed. One of the best massages I’ve had.
