We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

It was absolutely a fantastic massage we had today. Me and my partner went for Thai/deep tissue massage with hot oil. It met our expectations and will definitely book again. I've had several different massages and different therapists at Mansion Spa before but my Thai massage with Debra today was the absolute best! I really enjoyed the combination of stretching and more traditional massage techniques and my body felt completely different walking out compared to walking in. My husband and I recently visited The Mansion Spa in Birmingham, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and positive spa experiences I’ve ever had.
