I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

I once again had the privilege of enjoying a relaxing Thai foot massage with Carmen! It is always a joy to come to my appointment as I know I will be walking out the door feeling like I’m walking on water! Carmen is fantastic with energy and she can adapt to whatever it is you are needing that day, whether that be a calming, silent treatment that’s like watching the sunrise or a warm chat that feels like a mug of hot chocolate on a windy day- you will always leave feeling more settled and connected to your body.

I have found such a haven of self care and loveliness in the natural body cafe. Karen is a really special therapist. I feel so lucky to have found this gem of a place in Poole.

This is by far one of the best places in Poole for massages, Kimberley really works to understand what you would like as well as what you may need. Highly recommend a visit!

What wonderful little gem of a place in Poole. I spent 2 very happy hours with two of the therapists Rhiannon and Karen and came away feeling much calmer and lighter in every way!Nothing is ever too much trouble…..the staff go out of their way to way to make you feel welcome. Just fabulous from start to finish. The owner of this beautiful haven of a spa in Poole arranged a perfect day of pampering. Rhiannon’s attention to detail was exquisite with a perfect manicure and pedicure. Definitely worth upgrading to the luxury manicure and pedicure with Himalayan salt scrub and rose petal softening massage. The reflexology part of the pedicure was amazing especially lying down to relax and have the gel treatment. The tailored massage from Katia was sublime! She has magic has dealing with long held tight knots in the shoulders, fascia release, sports and hot stone
