Eva is always amazing! Glitch in the matrix didn't let me leave a tip last visit and I forgot to pop back in 🙈 super relaxed after the massage and pain in between is almost non existent now. See you in January!

I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

Dom gives the best massage ever! I try to visit her regularly and she never disappoints. I recommend her to everyone and will continue to do so. Shes also pierced my ears which was also perfect. Don't hesitate to go!

What wonderful little gem of a place in Poole. I spent 2 very happy hours with two of the therapists Rhiannon and Karen and came away feeling much calmer and lighter in every way!Nothing is ever too much trouble…..the staff go out of their way to way to make you feel welcome. I have no hesitation in recommending this place and will definitely be coming again.

Just fabulous from start to finish. The owner of this beautiful haven of a spa in Poole arranged a perfect day of pampering. Rhiannon’s attention to detail was exquisite with a perfect manicure and pedicure. Definitely worth upgrading to the luxury manicure and pedicure with Himalayan salt scrub and rose petal softening massage. The reflexology part of the pedicure was amazing especially lying down to relax and have the gel treatment. The tailored massage from Katia was sublime! She has magic has dealing with long held tight knots in the shoulders, fascia release, sports and hot stone
