Thank goodness sports massage is back! Thanks to Jason for treating the plantar I've been struggling with during the latest lockdown. Symptoms have definitely reduced after 1 session. Excellent knowledge and professional treatment. Highly recommend.

Eva is always amazing! Glitch in the matrix didn't let me leave a tip last visit and I forgot to pop back in 🙈 super relaxed after the massage and pain in between is almost non existent now. See you in January!

Eva’s treatments are unique. I have never had a massage that is so therapeutic. My body feels so much better after each session.

Sports massage was an unhurried experience. Jason listened to my concerns and seemed to provide personalised input.

Had my first sports massage this morning, it was great! Jason made me feel totally at ease and was very informative with lots of really good advice. I pretty much floated out of the door.

Since moving to the area in June 2021, i have visited Teresa and Jason a couple of times, and i can honestly say they are amazing. Teresa knew exactly what was wrong with my posture and through the regular sessions has treated and re-aligned me with instruction for ongoing self help. She certainly knows her stuff and i have felt so much better for seeing her. Jason is outstanding with his sports massage. A deeper massage that i have never experienced before, but certainly works. Honestly one of the best massage treatments. I have several places on my body which I need aligning due to manual work. I explained my foot was an additional one these past couple of weeks and not only helped to align but explained what was going on and exercises to help. Definitely listened and helped. Would definitely recommend and be going back.

Just fabulous from start to finish. The owner of this beautiful haven of a spa in Poole arranged a perfect day of pampering. Rhiannon’s attention to detail was exquisite with a perfect manicure and pedicure. Definitely worth upgrading to the luxury manicure and pedicure with Himalayan salt scrub and rose petal softening massage. The reflexology part of the pedicure was amazing especially lying down to relax and have the gel treatment. The tailored massage from Katia was sublime! She has magic has dealing with long held tight knots in the shoulders, fascia release, sports and hot stone

Grateful to Katia for help with my muscle recovery. Highly recommend the sports massage to any runners.
