Legs massaged today and boy did I need it! After a month of working on my legs in the gym and spin classes three times a week, my legs were really tight. I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Susanna, primarily for lower back pain. It was possibly one of the best massages I’ve had. Very firm - but she continued to check the pressure was ok and not painful, but I prefer it strong! Despite the heat outside (July heatwave) the treatment room was cool, well ventilated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend and I will become a regular visitor!

Wow Sylvia was truly amazing! I go for a massage every 6-8 weeks and I think this was my best yet. First time with Sylvia and she noticed I had tight hips from gym training before even telling her. I felt super relaxed during the massage.

I enjoyed a Swedish massage with Sarah. The warm, calm room & heated bed made me feel instantly relaxed. Sarah listened to what I wanted to get out of the massage & made the experience feel very personalised. Sarah used just the right amount of pressure to make it feel beneficial but also relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the attention she paid to my joints (I suffer from joint pain) so the way she massaged & manipulated them gave me some instant relief. Sarah is clearly passionate about making a difference to her client's wellbeing through massage. Thoroughly recommended.
