I came to Dubai with acrylics and desperately needed a infill - I contacted nails DXB and they was so helpful over the phone with me. Booked me in then I had to reschedule, when I got to my appointment the staff made me feel so so comfortable, very polite, very helpful and chatty - which I like as I hate sitting in silence. That also helped me so the nails still matched my toe nails I had done in the uk! - and also done extension gel which is much better than acrylic. Thank you guys so much! Next time I’m in Dubai I will be back x

The hair service by the team is amazing. However the nails need improving and the prices need to reflect dubai mall or the building. Higher prices than Wow salon Dubai mall.

Honestly, the service was excellent. I had my eyebrows done by Mariana, and she was amazing—very professional, friendly, and her work was neat and clean. The salon offers outstanding services overall, and I’ve become a regular customer. Every time I visit Dubai, I make sure to come back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had one of the most relaxing facials ever with Criz. She was so welcoming and friendly, but also so knowledgeable and informative about everything that was happening in the facial. After visiting Korea last year for the first time, it’s so cool to know this salon exists in Dubai, the first time here but won’t be the last. It was my fist haircut and colour in Dubai since I moved here! Kawad at JW Marriot was amazing at choosing the perfect colour that suited me and the style I wanted! Definitely returning as a regular!

Sako has been my hairdresser for over 2 years, and he is truly the most amazing and professional hair artist I have ever come across. I frequently have events and photoshoots, so I often come in for different hairstyles, and the level of perfection he achieves every single time is beyond exceptional🙏 After living in Dubai for over 30 years and visiting many of the best salons and hairdressers in the city, I can honestly say that Sako stands out. Today I had a Moroccan bath for men in Dubai with Hisham, and honestly, everything from A to Z was perfect. He paid attention to even the smallest details and made sure the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of service. Highly recommended!
