Everything was absolutely enjoyable and perfect. After reading the reviews and checking their products, services and facilities out online, I was even more impressed with the amount of care they put in the smallest detail to make you feel welcomed ☺️ With a friendly and professional attitude, I was really comfortable. I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

I wanted to wait till my 3rd session to leave a realistic review and I would like to say thank you to the amazing and helpful team at SwissLaser. The girls were lovely and followed up on every query I had after every session. My hair is literally non existent other than a small patch on my leg but I’m sure that will go over my next few sessions! Thank you for everything swisslaser! I didn’t think I’d be able to afford laser hair removal but you really did make it make it possible for me. ☺️

Hannah was fab, she explained the procedure and the procedure went well and a lot quicker than I anticipated. I was pleased with the result. I had poly nucleotides injection under my eyes for the dark circles and a combi brow semi permanent make up treatment. I’ll definitely be going back to Hannah for further treatments.

I was offered refreshments upon arrival, my lash tech was very gentle with me and would check if I’m okay during my appointment also. I asked for the natural mascara look and they turned out exactly how I wanted them to—very happy
