My hair hasn't been happh for the last 6 years. I'm from Leicester, relocated to London & relocated again to Portsmouth all in 2 years. The water is very different in all the towns & along with stress, water changes, hormone changes & intollerances to two big food groups happening at the same time, my hair really has let me know it isn't happy. The ladies were really helpful, informative & explained things well. We now have a plan of action. They gave me comfort by advising me my roots & some of the length is healthier than I thought. Chloe is such a lovely lady! She listens to what you want with your hair, and gives great advice on how to achieve it! I'm currently going through the peri-menopause and have noticed changes in my hair, I spoke about my concerns and she not only done wonders with my hair she kindly give me recommendations on what I can do to help whilst I'm going through this stage of my life. I went from flat fine dark hair to a cut and colour that suited to my face and complexion and gave my hair depth and movement! I hadn’t coloured my hair in over a decade! So I was very nervous about it being coloured. I was undecided with what colour to go for and changed my mind multiple times but Natalie was incredible start to finish and helped me figure out what I wanted. I ended up with a stunning copper balayage. Super happy! Highly recommend!!
