Best Permanent Hair Straightening near me in Mckinnon, Melbourne

I’ve been coming to Hair by Hong, Oakleigh for over a year now and this is the only salon I come to while living in Melbourne. I have pretty thin Asian-style hair and I personally feel this is the only place who understands how to handle and cut my hair to my style/taste! My hairstylist is Bella, and she is amazing, always knows what I need! My experience has always been fantastic- from the front of house greetings, hair washed, and cut. It has been nothing short of professional and I always feel welcome. Such a friendly, comfortable, chic, & professional ambience and team!

Nethra was amazing, she helped me decide on the style I wanted and took into consideration my personal preferences really well, opting for balayage instead of full head highlights as it is lower maintenance for me which I love. My hair looks and feels amazing, I am very happy with the service. The atmosphere of the salon was lovely and everyone was super kind and got along well.

I found it easy to book an appointment with Chloe. While her apprentice washed my hair he was fun to chat and gave me a great head massage at the end of washing my hair. I have very fine hair and lots of hairdressers find it difficult to style. Chloe found photos for me to look at to decide what I wanted and then cut my hair into the perfect style. She was friendly and easy to chat to while she worked. I live on the Sunshine Coast in Qld and am in Melbourne to visit my family. I will definitely be booking in for a haircut with Chloe when I next visit Melbourne.

New to Melbourne so it was great to find a salon 5 minutes away from my apartment and it’s such a cute salon affordable prices and Dallia was lovely. 10/10.
