Friendly service. Utensils did not appear to be freshly disinfected. Heat from the electric file burned my finger. Was only offered a fraction of the full colour range. Nail shape is not consistent but look overall neatly done.

The lovely lady took time to treat my nails, however I felt the massage component lacked a little. I booked for a pedicure and thought I'd get the foot treatment and massage, (that I've had on other occasions) however I didn't get it this time? I did ask them lady if she had time to do a manicure, even though I hadn't booked that as well, and she said, we'd see if we had time. She did do the manicure, which I appreciated, however, no massage again. I was asked what colour I wanted on my (hand) nails, and I said pink, and the lady chose for me, not the usual option of me choosing from a wall

Literally the best nail spot! If you are looking for a new nail salon, this is your sign to book here! The vibe is so cute and welcoming, and the girls are absolutely amazing. They actually listen to what you want, take their time, and are so gentle with cuticle care. My sets easily last for weeks without lifting.
