What an experience\! After wanting to try cryo for years, I finally took the plunge. I was recommended to combine an infrared sauna session with the cryotherapy, and I’m so glad I did. The staff were warm, welcoming, funny, and explained everything clearly, putting me completely at ease.Relaxing with Netflix during the infrared session was a great start before stepping into the cryotherapy chamber with the finest winter accessories. The 3 minutes flew by, and I loved every second. I felt amazing afterwards and will definitely be back. I highly recommend giving it a try

Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes.
