All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

I had a blackhead removal facial on Sat and it was such a lovely, relaxing experience. My skin feels incredibly soft and smooth afterwards, and I’m really pleased with the results. One thing I especially appreciated was being able to completely switch off without feeling like I needed to make conversation. It gave me the chance to relax and disappear into my own little world, which was exactly what I needed. The music created a really calming atmosphere, and the massage was absolutely wonderful.
