David provided a very good deep tissue massage. He was nice and polite and recommended some stretching excecise for me to perform at home. The place is spotlessly clean. Everything looks modern and new, wooden and black. They have a fully equipped gym too. And very important: the bed, also of a modern design, had extra padding around the face area to make it totally comfortable when you are facing down during the massage.

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! Amazing facial as always. Nicole really knows my skin and even though I live on the other side of London I only come to her because I cant trust anyone else 😅 lovely to catch up after so long. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

This place is amazing. It was my first time in a spa and having a pedicure. Dia is a warm and friendly person who put me at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I highly recommend them.

I walked in as a ball of stress and walked out feeling like a brand new human. Three hours sounds like a long time, but the 'Complete Reset' is perfectly paced. The therapist targeted knots I didn’t even know I had. My posture literally feels different. Worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Steph completely transported me in that massage! Not only was it deeply relaxing on my body but I’ve never felt so calm and clear in my mind during a treatment! I added on cupping and it seriously elevated the experience as Steph could work on other parts of my body while the cups did their thing! Would highly recommend as an add on! Xx

As an athlete, I usually find Swedish massages too light and Deep Tissue too painful. The Multi-Technique approach here is the 'Goldilocks' of massages—just right. It helped my recovery without leaving me feeling bruised.

I was in London for a few days and The Greenwich Spa was highly recommended to me — and now I know why. My treatment with Ilona was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly skilled. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed and well cared for. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I can wholeheartedly recommend both the spa and Ilona. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to London!
