The technician, known as Lilly, was exceptionally helpful and thoroughly explained the process of each treatment she performed. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, which is a significant factor for me. Furthermore, the other young lady in the office, who provided information on the packages, was very attentive, cheerful, understanding, and patiently explained everything, proving to be very helpful.
