Nisha takes the time to thoughtfully curate treatment plans based on each individual’s needs. She was incredibly patient in explaining treatments and never once pushed products or prioritized sales. I’ve been to many skin and laser clinics where the focus is on selling, but that was never the case with Nisha. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. One of the best massages and facials I have ever had (and I’ve had a few!!). Full body deep tissue massage by Lewis/Louis and facial by Mai. I only wish I lived in Toronto or Pamper Valley opens a branch in the UK!

I go to Jade on Danforth regularly for eyebrow threading. They're one of the only salons that do this - and they do it perfectly! The atmosphere inside is also so much nicer than most places, and no harsh chemical smells. I also told them about my favourite colour of nail polish that I've been looking for for ages, but has been discontinued in Canada. And they offered to order it for me!
