Great to be back after a long absence. I have had great relief from my problems thanks to Elena. She is such a Professional in her field and I really look forward to my sessions of reflexology. Elena also gives me tips on pressure points so that I can have some relief at home. My sleep has also improved and joint stiffness. Elena is an absolute expert in her field. I was with Elena for cupping therapy and massage. It was very relaxing and she always made sure I was comfortable at every step. Elena was also very good in explaining what she was doing at each stage in the process. I felt much more flexible and light after I finished up with her. For the first time in 6 months, I have slept without a pain in my neck and back. She was also very good with the follow up exercises. I had a msg from her as soon as I reached home with a reminder of everything we discussed. I would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend

Had a great sports massage with Elena. The pressure was just right, and I could really feel the tension easing up. Super professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Definitely felt a difference afterward. Highly recommend!

I had the ayurvedic indian head massage today with Elena. It was a great experience and really helped with the pain and tension I was experiencing. Elena was so welcoming and kind and gave me extra tips on how to deal with my shoulder issue at home. Will book again!
