Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

Can’t thank Abbie and Gus enough, they definitely do know their stuff, If anyone needs a Physio or even just a sports massage go to injury Mechanics, you won’t be disappointed.

I came to the injury clinic this afternoon suffering with really bad sciatica, I've been suffering badly for over a week and really struggling with work and everyday tasks. A friend recommended that I go and see Abbie as he's been treated for sports related injuries. I can't recommend her enough, she was very professional and was straight to the point in dealing with my injury. Almost instantly after leaving the clinic I felt instant relief and I'm looking forward to my follow up next week.

Whilst I’ve had sports massage in the past, it was my first time visiting SB massage. My appointment was with Katie who did a really great job. I’d had a sore shoulder from the gym which has been getting progressively worse, in addition I’ve been really tight from my full time desk job but, Katie worked wonders and I’ve come away feeling much better and having already booked my next appointment with her again!
