What an amazing afternoon thank you so much Pam and Kathryn My massage with Pam was amazing she is a maestro finding knots and relieving them when I didn’t even know they were there but I feel an inch taller! Then I had a facial and chemical peel with Kathryn which was relaxing and my skin feels smoother and re-energised. Lymphatic drainage massage with Pam. After recently having surgery I am very swollen and was advised by my surgeon to have a lymphatic drainage massage. I am so grateful I found ‘Mollie Elise Aesthetics’ and was immediately put at ease. Pam is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable & I felt immediate relief during and after the massage. Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. I felt so much better for the massage and I will certainly be going back in the future, thank you.

Can’t thank Abbie and Gus enough, they definitely do know their stuff, If anyone needs a Physio or even just a sports massage go to injury Mechanics, you won’t be disappointed.

I came to the injury clinic this afternoon suffering with really bad sciatica, I've been suffering badly for over a week and really struggling with work and everyday tasks. A friend recommended that I go and see Abbie as he's been treated for sports related injuries. I can't recommend her enough, she was very professional and was straight to the point in dealing with my injury. Almost instantly after leaving the clinic I felt instant relief and I'm looking forward to my follow up next week.

Abbie is great. Fantastic massage, great advice on stretches I can do and how to improve my posture. She's really easy to get on with and chatty, a great distraction from what is sometimes a painful massage (good/bad pain!!) Very professional and welcoming, thanks abbie.

From Abbie’s introduction to the post treatment advice, the whole experience was professional, education Al and beneficial to my recovery. With completing several fitness sessions a week, this kind of sports treatments will be essential.
