I had the pleasure of experiencing a sports massage with Nicola for the first time today, as part of my Marathon preparation. From the initial booking, Nicola's communication was excellent, making sure I knew where to go and park up, to understanding my specific needs and any areas of tension. The environment was incredibly relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Nicola’s technique was spot-on, targeting all the right muscles and providing just the right amount of pressure. Overall, it was a very effective experience. Highly recommend!

What an amazing afternoon thank you so much Pam and Kathryn My massage with Pam was amazing she is a maestro finding knots and relieving them when I didn’t even know they were there but I feel an inch taller! Then I had a facial and chemical peel with Kathryn which was relaxing and my skin feels smoother and re-energised. Lymphatic drainage massage with Pam. After recently having surgery I am very swollen and was advised by my surgeon to have a lymphatic drainage massage. Can’t thank Abbie and Gus enough, they definitely do know their stuff, If anyone needs a Physio or even just a sports massage go to injury Mechanics, you won’t be disappointed.

I came to the injury clinic this afternoon suffering with really bad sciatica, I've been suffering badly for over a week and really struggling with work and everyday tasks. A friend recommended that I go and see Abbie as he's been treated for sports related injuries. I can't recommend her enough, she was very professional and was straight to the point in dealing with my injury. Almost instantly after leaving the clinic I felt instant relief and I'm looking forward to my follow up next week.

Really good appointment, my sports massage was excellent and got rid of the knots and tension that were causing me pain. Thank you!
