Promised myself a proper treatment from a long summer of work and it certainly didn’t disappoint! The massage itself was amazing and I was made to feel very comfortable from beginning to end. Just had a great sports massage with Waiyee. She clearly knows her stuff—both as a runner herself and from her experience working with runners and other athletes. She quickly identified areas that needed attention and gave specific, practical advice on some niggles and potential issues. Friendly, professional, and easy to chat to throughout. Highly recommended if you're looking for someone who really understands the demands of running and sport.

I had an amazing 60-minute massage. Louise was very professional and friendly. The room enviroment was calming, and super comfortable, relaxing music in the background, low light and essences. She took care of every detail to make the experience super relaxing. Highly recommended 👌
