The Wellness Lounge is always so welcoming, and their beautiful new location adds to the relaxing experience. I recently tried pressotherapy there, and it was extremely calming and left me feeling refreshed. The staff are kind and professional, ensuring a comfortable experience. I had such a great experience with Holly; before starting we discussed what would be done and I was provided all the information about cupping as it was my first time… but definitely not my last! Holly was great, she was calm, relaxing and the massage and cupping session was just what I needed after a busy weekend full of activities, the tension I felt in my body was practically gone after the session and I'm sure I may have dozed off. Shame there isn't a higher rating to give cause she deserves it.

Fantastic massage - holly was so friendly and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout. The massage was incredible, I had the Indian head massage and she spent 30 minutes on my back and neck, really working through all my knots. Then went on to my head and around the neck again - can’t recommend enough, I’ll be back :)

There are no words that can express the expertise, friendliness and professionalism that are experienced on every visit, some visits are sport related needs and some are just for shear pampering and me time needs, there is a massage/therapy for every need. Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went for the hot stone upper body massage with dry cupping after having a baby and Holly was very considerate of my circumstances and listened attentively to what I needed. The massage was AMAZING and exactly what I needed for my postpartum recovery. I will be returning again’!

Had the most AMAZING Buccal massage with Holly. I suffer from jaw tension and have always had a lot of pain around my jaw and mouth. After a session with Holly the relief is instant, my jaw muscles feel looser and as a bonus my cheeks and jaw also looked snatched after! Holly explained everything to me, her level of knowledge is outstanding. 10/10 recommend and I will be back for more Buccal!
