I had such a wonderful experience at Sass n Co Cheltenham. Ree, my stylist, was incredibly welcoming, as was the other team member working on Saturday. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. We took the time to talk through what I wanted to achieve, and I really appreciated the care and attention that went into the entire process. I had a wash and blow dry by Ivy, and she did such a wonderful job. She was incredibly gentle and thorough, making the whole experience feel relaxing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, paid great attention to detail, and made easy, friendly conversation. I walked out with my hair feeling soft, healthy, and beautifully styled. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job, and that shows in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ivy again and look forward to seeing her continue to grow in her career. She’s going to make a fantastic hairdresser.

I had a wonderful experience with Lee today. I had a blowdry and curls which were done skilfully to last as my hair often falls after being blow-dried. I also have a beautiful daughter who is almost one and was not only kindly accommodated but also included and made feel comfortable the whole time. Thank you so much for your caring service and for making a busy mum feel gorgeous for date night, Lee, Ivy and the team.

This is my second visit to Universo Hair - Santina and Phoebe are always very welcoming and accommodating. Santina is very friendly and I am really pleased with my wash, haircut and blow wave. This is a beautifully presented salon and I especially loved the extremely comfy chairs that you can lean back on to get your hair washed and massaged in. Thankyou and see you next time!

I always walk out of the salon feeling amazing. My hairdresser is incredibly talented, listens to exactly what I want, and somehow makes it even better. The colour, the cut, the styling — everything is done with so much care and skill. She creates such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I trust her completely with my hair and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

After moving from Geelong, I needed to find a makeup artist who also offered light hair styling AND was as good as my last artist. Then I found Makeup! Her salon is warm and welcoming. Ria was professional, friendly and took time to understand my vision. She matched my inspiration pics perfectly, with flawless coverage and the right tone for my skin. I really appreciated her hygiene, she wore gloves and a mask. On top of that, she’s just a lovely person. So glad I found my go to for events! Highly recommend supporting this talented local artist.
