Best Hair Perms near me in Hartford

Was regular here when school was located in downtown Hartford almost 10years ago. Decided to check it out again as alternative to barbershop to save money. Just came from wethersfield location. Had hard time finding place&GPS wasn't really helpful in pinpointing exact location! One of the people in charge guided me rest of way. Really appreciate her assistance! The student who took care of me did excellent job! Really knew what he was doing!

Serena was absolutely amazing, not only was she gentle with my hair and all my ear piercings she was just an absolute peach all around. She saved my hair from a horrible chop and gave it beautiful volume. So very happy I came and got her. I will definitely be following her after she graduates

Tay always does a great job! I appreciate that everyone wants to really listen to what I’m looking for and make sure the cut is right. Tay especially cares about making sure all kinds of people have someone knowledgeable to help with their haircare and even scalp health. I’ve recommended IIC and would definitely come back…unless one of their grads has me as a regular customer in their permanent position!

JoLynnae styled my hair exactly how I described to her I wanted it! I told her my hair doesn’t hold a curl very well and she used products that held my curls beautifully!

Tay was wonderful at learning how to do her first perm on me. I told her about past experiences with perms to help her understand the process. We also shared great conversation as I assured her that she will do well in the industry.

This is my second time at ICC. Hayley did a fantastic job with my dry frizzy curls. I will be back for highlights shortly.

My stylist did a good job; combed out my tightly curled hair. She was gentle and asked questions the whole time to be assured that I was pleased with the length she had trimmed, and cut. She then washed, conditioned and diffused the finished process. I left pleased with the results.

Gisselle blew my expectations with my hair! I was trusting the process but didn't expect it to come out so good from a student!!! I'm so satisfied I feel beautiful and my hair has so much volume, all the dead ends are gone and it's styled so nicely. I will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends. The environment was also very nice and clean, the staff were very helpful and kind. Overall a great experience!

Excellent service by Dani. My color is perfect, and she even "texturized" my hair--I had my haircut just a few days ago, and this was an added touch that improved the look. She took the extra time to put extra color on darker areas to lighten them, even though it took a little longer to develop. She put a little product in my hair to keep the frizz down, and did a little magic with the blow dryer. She helped me put my coat on--altogether a very pleasant experience, and I love the way my hair looks!

Would highly recommend. Ace did an amazing job in doing a perm on my hair. Even though this is a training school, received professional service throughout the process. Educator Miss Melanie was top notch throughout and assisted any time there was a need for consultation in the process. Super professional and friendly staff.
