I had my first consultation at Harley Skin & Laser Clinic today, and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. I’ve struggled with self-consciousness about my skin for a long time—particularly due to acne scarring and moles—so finally taking this step was a big deal for me. Amy, was lovely. She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. She really took the time to explain/explore my best treatment options for my concerns. I would 100% recommend Alicia after having a deep cleanse facial! She made it such a lovely and relaxing experience, and I walked away with my skin feeling so hydrated and refreshed. I had a few questions for her due to having sensitive skin, but she was so reassuring and answered any question I had, she knows her stuff! I can’t wait for my next treatment!

Becky amazing as always with her facials. What I love about them is she is so thorough. Red light therapy really suits my sensitive skin & dermaplaning doesn’t irritate it. These facials will continue to be a permanent feature on my calendar 🥰

Caprice was so lovely and in depth with my skin consultation. She listened to my concerns and was so knowledgeable about what my dehydrated needed and what steps to maintain the anti aging process. I booked in again for a collagen facial straight away! Highly recommend the full body massage too!

Georgia was fantastic. She did my builder gel nails and tie nails for my wedding. They looked fabulous and the colour was perfect. Sarah did my spray tan too (never had one before) it looked very natural, as I have red hair and pale skin. Coupled with my hair and makeup (done by others) I must admit, I looked like a proper girl! Would recommend The Beauty Lounge 100%

Can’t recommend enough! Got my first microneedling session done with Ella. I was a bit nervous considering I had sensitive skin and it’s my first time, but she was absolutely fab at explaining everything. She was so good at listening and it was such a relaxing session. My skin was glowing after, would definitely come again!

Really good session with Lisa again 😊. She has so much knowledge in this field and is dedicated to what she's doing. I would recommend anyone to just have a consultation and see what Lisa recommends.

Brad was through in his consult, taking time to understood my hair goals, being conscious to ensure he managed my expectations, and really listening and then asking clarifying questions to ensure we had a shared understanding.
