I had my first consultation at Harley Skin & Laser Clinic today, and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. I’ve struggled with self-consciousness about my skin for a long time—particularly due to acne scarring and moles—so finally taking this step was a big deal for me. Amy, was lovely. She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. She really took the time to explain/explore my best treatment options for my concerns. Becky amazing as always with her facials. What I love about them is she is so thorough. Red light therapy really suits my sensitive skin & dermaplaning doesn’t irritate it. These facials will continue to be a permanent feature on my calendar 🥰

Caprice was so lovely and in depth with my skin consultation. She listened to my concerns and was so knowledgeable about what my dehydrated needed and what steps to maintain the anti aging process. I booked in again for a collagen facial straight away! Highly recommend the full body massage too!

Georgia was fantastic. She did my builder gel nails and tie nails for my wedding. They looked fabulous and the colour was perfect. Sarah did my spray tan too (never had one before) it looked very natural, as I have red hair and pale skin. Coupled with my hair and makeup (done by others) I must admit, I looked like a proper girl! Would recommend The Beauty Lounge 100%

Well I was recommended this hairdressers by a friend . I had recently had my hair done by a previous hairdresser and hated it . Went to Brandon for a consultation . And wow I’ve been and he has transformed my hair. He is very professional and listens to what you want and advises the best route to go down. His hair washing skills are amazing full head massage . Actually walked out of a salon feeling really happy. So thankyou Brandon for your 5 star service. Georgia is also such a lovely lady so lovely to chat to. My treatment was fab. Was unsure of which facial to try and Georgia suggested one I have never had before. I wasn’t sure what to expect and at first it did feel a little weird but I soon found it relaxing and afterwards my skin looks amazing and is glowing! Will definitely have this again thanks Georgia

Can’t recommend enough! Got my first microneedling session done with Ella. I was a bit nervous considering I had sensitive skin and it’s my first time, but she was absolutely fab at explaining everything. She was so good at listening and it was such a relaxing session. Brad was through in his consult, taking time to understood my hair goals, being conscious to ensure he managed my expectations, and really listening and then asking clarifying questions to ensure we had a shared understanding. This resulted in me feeling completely confident in him and his skills, knowledge, abilities and advice. Brad was friendly and relatable with good customer care, again taking time to talk me through each stage of the process etc. I love the end result and attention to detail.
