I really enjoyed my Lymphatic Drainage massage, I opted for the full body massage with the added on face massage. The whole experience was lovely and relaxing, the room was nice and calming and the warmth of the bed was lovely too. Will definitely be booking in for one of these again 🤍

I was honestly a little nervous before my first colonic, but the whole experience turned out way better than I expected. The staff made me feel super comfortable right from the start, explaining everything in a calm, no-pressure way. Afterwards, I felt surprisingly light and just... clearer, if that makes sense? Less bloated, more energy. It’s not something I’d typically write a review about, but it really helped me feel reset. Definitely worth it if you’re curious – just go in with an open mind.

The therapist was professional, gentle, and clearly very knowledgeable. The treatment itself was incredibly calming, and I could feel the difference almost immediately — lighter, less bloated, and fully refreshed. The whole experience was peaceful and comfortable, and I left feeling both physically and mentally recharged. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to feel revitalised and cared for.
