Really lovely lymphatic drainage facial, a new experience for me. It may have been the cumulative effect of this and a back, neck, shoulder massage but I had the best night's sleep! Highly recommend

5th treatment with Ilona. Usually have the deep tissue Thai massage but opted for myofascial foot release and head massage. Honestly cannot fault any part of the treatment. Always leave feeling both relaxed and pain/tension free. Ilona's skill,knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding.
