I am always very nervous when it comes to needles but Ruby made me feel so at ease! I had rhinoplasty and lip filler and the results are amazing, I felt so comfortable with Ruby and she really knew what she was doing and she easily achieved exactly what I wanted. Ruby is definitely a perfectionist, she took her time and it wasn’t rushed at all which made me feel better as I don’t feel these things should be rushed! I have been away for a year living abroad and my hair was turned into an interesting colour my a hairdresser while I was away! Kelly sorted this out and has made me feel myself again my hair is now back to the perfect blonde that Kelly used to do before I left. I am beyond happy with my hair it looks fantastic. Ruby had the job of waxing my eyebrows and top lip that had about 11 months worth of hair she removed it painlessly and made my eyebrows look great again and my top lip hairless. Do not hesitate to book here this is without question the best hair and beauty salon I have ever been to. ❤️

I’ve had quite a few massages at different places around Worcester but this was one of the best. I felt amazing after this massage especially the next day. My whole body felt so much better and more relaxed.

Checked exactly what I wanted- I have had my lips done 3 times in the past and not one practitioner has ever asked me how I wanted them. fern was gentle and professional and made sure I was happy with my treatment results. I absolutely love my lips & my fresh glowy skin 😍
