First-time visit and what a treat! It felt more like a spa experience than a nail appointment. Channon is extremely detail-oriented and takes great care to ensure the nails are perfectly prepped before moving on to the gel application. I’m so glad I found her. The most relaxing experience! My toes needed some love and I got a full pedicure with gel. The massage and scrub were my fave part. I basically fell asleep. Mishou is such a sweetheart and clearly loves what she does 🤍

Wonderful experience. Angelique listened carefully and then cut my very damaged hair into a beautiful pixie. The protein treatment she suggested did wonders to restore moisture and shine. I have received quite a few compliments already. Visiting Arriba salon is worth the 30 minute drive for me. Thank you!

Chelsea is calm and great!! It is a pity that there is no gel polish remover in stock so the acetone and foil takes double the time and my sensitive skin reacts to it.

Thando was great! The ONLY complaint I have was your ridiculous pricing for tips? R50 per nail like what the hell?! My 1st and last experience ONLY because of the pricing. I only had 2 thumb nails to be fixed, and I had to pay R100, almost the same price as a full gel set. You can do better! I had to eventually take a full set of tips instead which was R40 more. Daylight robbery! The rating is 4 Thando and her good customer service. If it wasn't for her, I would've rated terrible but because I didn't want her to look bad because she did an amazing job. Shame on you!!!!

The therapist was good. I however feel that as a beauty bar each therapist should have there own items or there should be sufficient stock, instead of walking around to for an item.... for example the girls had to share gel polish, so a therapist came my stand with foil and some had to be thrown in there for her.

Visited with my daughter. Service from Loveness & Chipo was great. Very courteous. Hand massage was amazing, I really needed that. 🥰 Only thing that could have been better was using a new buff to shine the nails as we don’t use nail polish. Had to redo the polish step at home the next morning. Otherwise, I loved every bit. Can’t wait to get full mani & pedi next.

Visiting CT from Limpopo. Had major brain surgery 10 days ago and was in need if some TLC. Athule gave me support to help me get comfortable and when I needed to step down from seat. So caring and kind. Loved every minute of my royal gel pedi. My daughter was with Delma who did the prettiest soft gel tips and blue whale inspired nail art.
