I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!

I had the aromatherapy full body massage today and it was delightful. A full consultation to establish my needs and then all in on the relaxation and self care. A lovely bespoke blend of gorgeous smelling oils to help me on my way with Adele’s expert massage techniques to get rid of recent stresses and strains. It was wonderful. Treat yourself!

Loved Ground and Awaken at Cove! Such a gorgeous atmosphere — calm, welcoming, and really thoughtfully put together. The perfect mix of relaxing, recharging and breath work. This was only the second time in my life that I’ve had gel nails (I’m mid 30’s) I was a little apprehensive because I like very minimal, subtle nails. I am very happy with the result and enjoyed the experience of having my nails done.
