I came to Tala Beauty Bar for laser hair removal on my back and shoulders. They use the Venus Velocity diode laser, and the results have been impressive even early on. It’s rare to find this level of technology and quality at such fair pricing in downtown Toronto. Mina was excellent and very patient, and she made sure everything was done properly. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. I’ll be continuing the rest of my treatments here. Highly recommend.

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

My mother and I went for bio gel fills and shellac manicures with Flower and Ellie and like usual they did not disappoint. The attention to detail they provide is amazing. You do not feel rushed they make sure every nail is even and shaped perfectly. I always leave feeling the same, this is my favourite set. I have been to many, many nail salons (very picky) so a friend recommended Anne at GLOSSIX and she is AMAZING!! I got bio gel, manicure and pink chrome nails, I can not tell you enough how fabulous they look. Very accommodating with schedule as I had booked into the wrong location! Received luxury pedicure service and made good use of the massage chair. Would definitely return when staying in Old Toronto area.

My hair was a disaster- damaged, I had used different pharmacy hair colours and it is thinning at a rapid pace. A friend recommended I try the Venus Victoria Salon. Bill did a fabulous job with the colour and Teighlor with the cut. I am positively delighted and will be a faithful client from now on. I live in the east end of Toronto but it’s worth the drive to get my hair done right. It looks great and Teighlor even recommended products that help build volume and hide the thinning. This space was so welcoming and clean and there were so many beautiful artistic pieces on the wall so I never got bored. I did body contouring, which was made so comfortable. As well as a gel manicure and pedicure. The execution on a difficult nail design was immaculate and the massage on the pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning because of how sweet and kind the staff were too!

Exceptional fascial , the quality of products used have dramatically reduced the redness on my face . Fascial very relaxing with excellent results . Manicure equally as professional and relaxing .
