Lily had lovely customer service, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the design of the nails. She took extra care to make sure the shape was even, and went the extra mile to complete my request for a coloured French manicure (which had not previously been booked and instead decided at the time of appointment). Amber is very careful and gentle. She's patient and never in a rush. I enjoyed this first appointment with her for manicure and pedicure. She had done a great service. I don’t often submit reviews but I came here for the first time recently after going to another salon for many years. I was anxious about making the change but this salon and their staff are absolutely amazing at what they do! My nails are perfection and of very high quality, and I was even more impressed that they offer builder gel which is what I was previously getting. I’ll be a returning customer! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants an amazing service and amazing nails :)

The staff are SO lovely, price is fair, parking is easy (not like Knox!), bright clean calm environment. Once I had two people working on my nails - one prep the other finish (I don’t mind at all but some people might not like that). Overbooked occasionally (again some would hate that) but waiting 30 minutes for my first appointment was not good (nice that staff were very apologetic). I’ve never had an issue but have been told sometimes the polish quality is not consistent. 4.5 stars from. Me!!

Just got my bridal nails done here for my wedding next week. The ladies in the shop were great at helping me work out which polish to use to get the look I wanted and I felt very comfortable in the shop. I'm so happy with my nails and would definitely return :) thank you!

I’m SO happy with my nails. I got gel/BIAB with a coloured french tip, and the quality is amazing. It also only took an hour for the gel refill and colour which I thought was super quick. So so so in love I might go with this style from now on and change the colour since they did such a smashing job! I’m not sure what the woman’s name is that did my nails but I’d love to book with her again!

Absolutely love this nail salon! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and they pay so much attention to detail. My nails always come out looking perfect and last so well. Kim and Sophie are the best nail technicians I have ever had. Their salon is very clean, they dress very well and their nails always have the latest designs. I have never had nail art but I love trying something different. Kim will tell me if it doesn’t work, these girls amazing so don’t bother going to Knox City or Eastland give the girls are try and you will not be disappointed

Friendly, very patient and take care of you and what you want. Lina made my nails beautiful and did French polish just how I wanted it.

Brylie knows the anatomy of nails, why my nails were damaged and explained in detail how the rehab would work … and it did. The end goal was to wean off gel nails, which was part of the repair process. I’m now back to my natural nails. Not out of the woods yet, but a milestone. Professional knowledge and expert technique is everything. Thank you so much.
