Authentic Italian salon, airy, bright, soft lights (not the usual Dubai style neon lights burning your retina); the stylists, Sofia and Matteo, are cheerful, adorable and extremely knowledgeable; they also make you feel right at home from the very first minute. They use quality products, my hair has never been softer. Their Espresso macchiato is to die for, and they gave me water, chocolates and period products. My hair was a disaster when I entered but they knew what to do and the best way to do it. I was never happier with a salon in 15 years of my life in Dubai 🤯❤️🙏🏻 bravi ragazzi

I've been coming to Salon No.9 for over 3 years, and they never disappoint! Lanes did my Calgel pedicure, and she's amazing—so knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about what she does. Maricel did my Calgel manicure, and she absolutely nailed the simple yet unique design I wanted! What keeps me coming back is not only the professionalism and quality of the team but also the warm atmosphere. The reception team is always so welcoming—I genuinely feel like I'm coming home, but with extra pampering! ❤️ Highly recommended!

A friend recommended the salon and Debbie. It is a beautiful space, excellent support team at the reception. Great job with my hair. Colour, cut and blow dry. I took advantage of eyebrow threading and tint with Deepak whilst there too.

Expert service, nice staff. One of the well established places in Dubai with long years in business. Cars can double park, there is a valet driver watching and moving the cars, so no issues.

I can't recommend Adelina enough. She is an exceptionally talented nail technician who genuinely cares about her clients. She always pays attention to every detail and makes sure you leave happy. What makes her special is her thoughtfulness. She always remembers my style and even recommends new nail colors she thinks I'll love.
