Had an absolutely lovely Serene Soles treatment yesterday. Wow, heavenly bliss. I walk everywhere, do not drive. This treatment on my feet and legs, is so lovely and a definite must to keep lower limbs in tip top shape. Thank you Amy for such a treatment, will be having again on a regular basis. I only ever go to Rob. I work in the trade and am only 26 and have ongoing problems (because of my job) with my back, shoulders and legs. Everytime I go there he works his magic. He's great at muscle therapy/deep tissue massages. He is the cheapest in the area, however the quality is awesome. He's very friendly and you can keep your clothes on if you wish. Genuine down to earth expert in what he does. He's got full range of massage options and has great availability. If you need muscle therapy, be it just a general check up or regular appointments...only go to Rob. He's awesome!

I got a biab manicure with Mika and she was very professional, and so meticulous and precise; my nails and cuticles have never looked better. She took her time, was gentle and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Salon is also very clean and bright. This is the third nail salon i’ve been to in Shrewsbury, and by far the best.

I cannot rate Rob highly enough. I’ve been having sports massages with him for a few years now. Every time I come away with my aches and pains gone. The time is spent hands on. Not spending half the time talking about the problem and Rob will not try and sell repeat appointments if they are not needed. A great service every time. No need to wait for a problem to crop up. Have a massage to prevent them happening in the first place.

Wonderful experience, so professional and so clean and hygienic. This is my 3rd visit now and the care and treatment is consistent. Nicki and Jo are lovely girls and good at their job. I had my nails and feet fine today and Nicky was brilliant, my one foot is very deformed which does embarrass me but Nicki was so good and me feel very comfortable about this from start to finish. I can't recommend Rob highly enough. It's rare to find a therapist who delivers a genuine, effective sports massage with such an advanced knowledge of anatomy. He combines great technical skills with an intuitive, welcoming approach that puts you completely at ease. I've already noticed a massive difference in my neck/shoulders and will certainly be a regular client.

I visited Rob for whole body massage today. As usual I left feeling amazing. I don’t have an injury but it also helps to have a massage to prevent injuries as well as to treat them. I cannot speak highly enough of Rob’s expertise.
