Have been seeing Paul regularly for a while now for various sports niggles. Today I saw him for a tension headache I’ve had for two weeks. He explained the possible cause and worked really deeply on my neck and shoulders. He gave me some advice for what I can do at home too. Headache is now far less of a problem. Paul is a great listener and is so good at explaining what might be going on in your body.

Paul clearly listened to my injury history to understand my shoulder pain and provided great advice to help manage my recovery.

Since I started seeing Paul in January my knee has improved so much, I had very limited mobility after having a TKR and was in loads of pain. I am doing things now that I never thought I would be able to do. I Would 100% recommend Paul to anyone who is having problems
