Wonderful experience. It was great to have a proper consultation before the massage. Nic was so knowledgeable with brilliant advice and explained everything really well. The massage itself was lovely, the pressure just right and a very peaceful experience with the lighting and music. Helped with my stress and my aches and pains. Nicola is warm and friendly but still professional from the moment she greets you. She is thorough from when you book the appointment asking for a pre health questionnaire to when you leave with some post massage do’s and don’ts. Nicola makes you feel at ease explaining what she is going to do. The massage - I had full body - was wonderful. I walked out feeling much lighter and my muscles were definitely less tense. Do I recommend Nicola - 💯!

I enjoyed the course and was surprised at the efficiency of the ball at finding the knots. Moving the ball under one’s foot was a whole new experience. I plan to use the techniques learnt to keep this old body mobile.
