Tracey was great! Figuring out the best treatment for me felt thorough and collaborative. She was very intuitive with finding all my tension points. I really liked that she explained which muscles were tight/problematic and how this might impact pain/tension. She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely be returning.
