Wonderful deep tissue massage. The room was relaxing and cosy (despite Core Therapies being in the middle of moving!). Natasha took the time to make me feel comfortable at every stage of the massage. I have been suffering with painful knots in my shoulders and neck and she did an amazing job of working them out. She also used hot stones and oils which were lovely. I feel relaxed, renewed and pain free!

My deep tissue manages with Alison are always fab, she really helps get out all the knots and relieve a lot of tension. Highly recommend Alison generally, and this type of massage in particular, especially if you like a good pummelling to de-stress!

Wow! The best deep tissue massage I’ve had in a very long time. My trapezius muscles were so locked up and Antonella worked carefully and steadily to release them. Firm pressure, but never painful. Antonella’s calm and caring vibes made this an extremely therapeutic experience. Thank you!

I booked an hour's deep tissue massage, but got not only massage but a completely tailored treatment -- really trying to help me get to the bottom of why my hips were aching, focusing massage on the areas that needed it, and giving me exercises and stretches to do at home. This was just what I needed. I've been other places where they insist on full body even though I've asked to focus on a particular area. This was a really welcome hour!

I had the most blissful experience of deep tissue massage with Natasha today. I'm still on cloud 9.....

Once again, Natasha managed to make me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment (deep tissue massage) and really listened to my concerns going in and made sure to work on those areas while checking in with me throughout to ensure i was comfortable. Each time I see Natasha I leave feeling even better than the last time I saw her it seems. My mobility has improved greatly since starting treatment and I am so grateful for this.
