I went to Rachel a few months back wanting a complete colour change and grey coverage. We had a consultation first where she really listened to what I was after and my concerns, adding in her advice and expertise...I've had a few appointments since and have left every single time over the moon with her work. I am a picky person and what I needed was a big job! But I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair now. At appointments now I don't even feel like I need to ask for a certain thing, I trust her eye and skills so much I'd let Rachel do what she felt was needed. So grateful xx
