Skilled and experienced therapist and a very good treatment. I didn't feel particularly welcomed and the therapist could have been a little warmer in her approach especially as this was my first visit. I am looking for a local salon to visit frequently so I would give it another try. Lovely premises, positive messages and vibes. Thank you.

An Absolutely Essential and Five-Star Experience! I cannot recommend Sasha highly enough— deserving of every one of these five stars. From the moment I met her, Sasha was incredibly friendly and professional, instantly putting me at ease. I arrived with issues in neck & shoulder areas. Sasha was extremely reassuring, taking the time to listen to my concerns without rushing and what impressed me most was how much knowledge Sasha has. The treatments have helped immensely and thankfully now on the right track.

Mandeep is a real professional at her work. Provides clear information about the treatment (both prior to and during the session), explains why something does or doesn't suit your skin. Absolutely fantastic experience. Lovely warm and welcoming place, with some parking outside which is always great for me as I have a disability. Even managed to fit in a patch test ready for when I return for an LVL next time! Staff were absolutely wonderful and made me feel at ease. Very happy with my treatment (wax) also - you definitely have a returning customer in me! 🫶🏼 xx

Such a fantastic experience for my two young daughters, they were made to feel very special during the children’s pamper! The treatments were perfectly tailored for children without losing the feel of a true spa experience! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Very good at completing the treatment, thorough and consistent with pressure etc. slightly firmer pressure than my previous times but thus suited me and I liked. I didn’t really like the sound the gloves made when applying creams etc but respect his choice to wear gloves
