The staff is nice and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and provide all the info you need about your treatments. The salon is clean and very nicely decorated. I will be coming back and would definitely recommend it.

The decor and ambiance inside Elysian Parlour is gorgeous. It feels very boujie! I booked 4 different treatments as I was going on Holiday. I booked individual eyelashes, brow tint and gel polish on hands and feet. The staff were very friendly and professional. Everything appeared very clean and I felt comfortable. Cons: it was very cold inside (I was offered a blanket which I do appreciate). -I was there over 4 hours and wasn’t offered any refreshments. I just think it would help elevate the experience that little bit more. Other than that I think it’s a lovely place and I will be back!

I have had a lash lift treatment today for first time in this salon. I do lash lift quite often. I am very happy with the results and I felt relaxed during the treatment and I didn’t experience any burnings or discomfort. Mahdieh was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her

I went back a second time to get my hair done by Samina (hairsheen2020 on instagram) and again I was not disappointed. Firstly, Samina takes great care of her clients, she makes sure that she will only do dyes/treatments etc that do not damage her clients hair. I went in both times to get a colour blend and cut, the colours come out amazing and my hair always looks so healthy after. Samina talks you through exactly what she’s doing to your hair and always gives tips on how best to care for your hair. I would never go to anyone else, definitely recommend 😁.

Had a lash lift and HD eyebrows with Kinga and they were highly professional and attentive and felt at ease with them and had the most lovely experience. I've had lash lifts before but never had HD brows and im glad I went for them instead of a usual shape and tint I have at places as Ive had so many compliments. Even the room itself for the treatment was so pretty, clean and the bed was so comfy and supportive which is great for me as I have lower back issues and felt able to fully switch off my mind to the calmness. Highly recommend Kinga and think I've found my new favourite salon.

A little confusion with the bookings but sorted out back massage was good she definitely got my knots out! Would of loved the full body massage … it’s not crystal clear with the offer £49 but had a pedicure and upgraded which was good… I’d go agin as there’s an array of treatments available.

Went here today for my daughters 16th birthday treat. As soon as I told the staff it was her 16th birthday they made her feel special and at ease as she’s quite a nervous girl too, which was super amazing. The treatments we had were awesome and so relaxing! We’re both so happy with our nails. The salon is super comfy and stylish and the drinks they serve there are better than costa! Will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to anyone who is thinking about using this salon.

Easy to find and good parking. The treatment was relatively quick, it felt so and Yasmin was very attentive, checking regularly that I was ok. To add, this is my second annual visit as I was so happy with the results the first time round.
