She is patient and truly care about how you feel during the process. When it is but painful, she has the way to make the adjustment, it is not something like service, but feel like we together achieve and complete something, she consider how to process makes through for the full 6 times, what adjustments I could do next time, which will make it easier and more enjoyable next time.

Felicia is wonderful to work with and a great technician. Though laser is a pain to get (hah), Felicia makes sure the process goes as smooth as possible!

Wonderful, as always!! I had an IPL treatment for the first time. She explained what she was doing every step of the way, and if I was OK throughout the treatment. She’s lovely.

Felicia is so genuine. She is professional, knowledgeable, explains the treatment she is performing, the benefits, results, etc. I trust her completely, not trying to sell me a bill of goods, products I don’t need. She’s very likable and kind. I’m grateful I found her!!
